When you contact me directly through my website using my contact form or email address I will collect your name and email address in order to correspond with you. These details will not be shared with any third party companies or individuals.
If you subscribe to my mailing list I ask for your name and email address in order for me to send you emails. You will have been prompted to give your permission for me to send occasional emails about exhibitions, events and other updates relating to my work and website. Your information is stored securely and processed by the third-party site MailChimp (you can view their privacy policy here and their terms here).
Online Course:
You will be asked to create a membership account in order to use the course services on my website. This information is collected only for the purpose of completing the course and accessing the services within it.
Ordering and Payment:
When you make a purchase from my website I will collect the personal information you provide including your name, shipping/billing address, email address and phone number in order to complete the purchase. These will be collected securely using Wix.com (view their privacy policy here) secure checkout and will only be used for the purposes of completing and shipping your order.
Your payment details are processed securely through Stripe (view their privacy policy here) or Paypal (view their privacy policy here) and are not seen or stored by Wix.com or myself.
Using Cookies:
When you visit this website cookies will be stored on your computer to improve your experience of using it. They do not include any information that can identify you personally. Some cookies may contain information placed by third-parties such as MailChimp, Vimeo or social media sites. These allow them to function through my website. Storing the Information I Collect
When storing and transferring your personal information I take reasonable precautions to ensure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed or altered. Any information collected by myself is solely for my use and is not shared at any time other than to provide you with my services or if I am required to by law. Information collected by third-parties such as Wix.com, Stripe, PayPal and MailChimp is only collected to perform the services described and are subject to their own privacy policies.
Your Rights

When you provide me with personal information to complete an order you are giving your consent for me to collect and use that information for that purpose only. If I ask for your personal information for any other reason, like joining my mailing list, I will ask you directly for your expressed consent and provide you with an opportunity to refuse me using it. You can withdraw your consent at anytime by contacting me at hello@kasasagidesign.com.
If you no longer wish to receive emails for my mailing list then you can click the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the footer of any email you receive from me or by emailing me at hello@kasasagidesign.com. This will remove you from the list and your information will be deleted.
Access:
You have the right to access your personal information that I hold. You may also have the right to change, restrict or delete your personal information or object to the way in which I process your information. You can email requests directly to me at hello@kasasagidesign.com and I will be happy to help. You can also contact your local data authority to raise any concerns.
